Every calculator on this site, in one place

23 free tools. No signup, no email wall, and the arithmetic is printed on every one of them so you can check it. Each tool ends by pointing at the marker, the panel or the page that explains what the number means — a tool that hands you a figure and stops is not finished.

Peptide reconstitution & dosingVial strength and diluent volume in, units on the syringe out — with every step of the arithmetic shown.Answers: how many units do I draw?Result interpreterOne value, one unit, one sex. Where it sits, what could have moved the measurement, and what it costs to check it again.Answers: is this number a problem?Unit converter17 markers, both directions, with the molar mass behind every factor.Answers: my lab used different units — what is this?Panel builder and cost comparerPick your markers and see which panel covers them, and whether buying the tests individually is cheaper.Answers: what should this cost me?

The calculated markers

Numbers your lab does not print, worked out from numbers it does. Each one has its own page with the equation, the paper it comes from, the tests that feed it and what those cost.

Blood & Iron

Transferrin SaturationThe percentage of your iron-carrying capacity that's actually filled — the screening number for both iron deficiency and iron overload.

Cardiovascular

Triglyceride : HDL RatioA free surrogate for insulin resistance and small dense LDL, hiding inside any standard lipid panel.AIP — Atherogenic Index of PlasmaA log-transformed triglyceride:HDL ratio that correlates with LDL particle size and cardiovascular risk.Non-HDL CholesterolTotal cholesterol minus HDL — capturing every atherogenic particle in one number. A close cousin of ApoB, free on any lipid panel.ApoB : ApoA-1 RatioAtherogenic particles divided by protective particles — one of the strongest lipid predictors of heart attack in global data.

Hormones

Free Testosterone (Vermeulen)Calculates free testosterone from total T, SHBG and albumin — far more reliable than direct analog assays.Free Androgen Index (FAI)A quick index of androgen availability from total testosterone and SHBG. Widely used in PCOS assessment in women.Testosterone : Estradiol Ratio (men)Balances your androgen and estrogen signal. Useful when symptoms don't match either value alone.Progesterone : Estradiol Ratio (Pg/E2)The classic 'estrogen dominance' index in women — whether progesterone is adequately balancing estradiol in the luteal phase.LH : FSH RatioA supporting marker in PCOS assessment — an elevated ratio in the early follicular phase is a classic signature.

Inflammation

NLR — Neutrophil : Lymphocyte RatioAn underrated inflammation and longevity marker calculated straight from your CBC differential — costs nothing extra.

Metabolic

HOMA-IR — Insulin ResistanceThe standard research index of insulin resistance. Catches metabolic dysfunction years before glucose or HbA1c move.QUICKI — Insulin SensitivityA companion to HOMA-IR that some researchers consider more reliable at the low-insulin end. Higher is better here.TyG Index — Insulin Resistance (no insulin needed)Estimates insulin resistance from just triglycerides and glucose — useful when you didn't order fasting insulin.Estimated Average Glucose (from HbA1c)Converts your HbA1c into the average blood glucose it represents — far more intuitive than a percentage.

Minerals

Free (Unbound) CopperCopper not bound to ceruloplasmin — the fraction implicated in oxidative stress. Both inputs can sit inside their reference ranges while this one doesn't.

Organ

Corrected Calcium (for albumin)Adjusts your calcium result for albumin level — because most calcium is protein-bound, a low albumin makes calcium look falsely low.eGFR (CKD-EPI 2021, creatinine)Estimates kidney filtration from creatinine using the current race-free equation.

Thyroid

Free T3 : Reverse T3 RatioAssesses whether T4 is converting into active T3 or being shunted into inactive reverse T3 — the 'normal labs but hypothyroid symptoms' pattern.

Tools that live inside the two Vault apps

These are part of a bigger app rather than pages of their own, so they are listed here to be findable.

Check My ResultsEnter as many of your results as you have and see every one that is outside its band, grouped and routed.Answers: what on my report needs attention?Paste a lab reportPaste the text of a report and it reads the markers out of it, in the formats labs actually produce.Answers: I have a PDF, now what?Symptom and pattern findersStart from what you feel or from a combination you have spotted, rather than from a marker name.Answers: which tests answer this symptom? The Protocol VaultEvery compound and supplement with doses, mechanism, evidence tier and where to buy.Answers: what is this compound and what does it do?
This tool does not diagnose anything. It puts a number next to a published interval and shows the arithmetic that got there. It cannot see your symptoms, your medications, your history or the assay your lab ran. A result outside the outer bounds belongs in front of a clinician, not in a supplement search.
