1 · Find your compoundSearch by name, or filter by category and form (Injectable / Oral / Nasal / Topical). Tap any form tag on a card to jump straight to that form.
2 · Read the cardYou get the dosing range, cycle length, frequency, half-life, how it works, proposed benefits, and an honest evidence level for each compound.
3 · Reconstitute (injectables)Peptides ship as a dried powder. You add bacteriostatic water to mix. The built-in calculator: enter vial strength (mg), water added (in units — 100 units = 1 mL on an insulin syringe), and your target dose. It tells you exactly how many units to draw.
4 · Nasal vs injectableNasal mixes use deionized water or sterile saline — not bacteriostatic water. Compounds that run nasally are tagged, and many are sold pre-mixed.
5 · Store it rightKeep reconstituted vials refrigerated (2–8 °C), out of light, and never frozen. Dried/lyophilized vials last much longer.

Nothing here is ranked by evidence tier. A lot of what works in this space has never had the trial run, and sorting by trial count would bury exactly the compounds you came looking for. The tier is a label. The mechanism is the map.

How to use this. Pick the pathway that matches where you're actually stuck, not the one with the most impressive compounds in it. An appetite drug does nothing for someone who already undereats. Then read the full breakdown before you touch anything — dose, half-life, interactions and vendor all live on the compound's own page.
