Do I need bloodwork before choosing a pathway?It is the fastest way to find out which pathway is yours. Most goal pathways name the specific markers that tell you whether that mechanism is your limitation — and guessing wrong is the most common reason someone concludes none of this works.
What do the evidence labels mean?Clinically validated means human trials support it. Correlative means the association is real but causation is not established. Theoretical means the mechanism is sound and the specific trial has not been run — which is not the same as ineffective, and nothing is ordered by tier.
