Privacy Policy

CoachCamOfficial.com is run by Iron Sharpens Iron Physiques LLC (“Coach Cam”, “we”). This page says what we collect, why, who helps us run things, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

What you give us. Your email address when you ask for the free guide or sign up for emails; your mobile number and your text-message consent if you tick the text box; and the answers you type into the coaching intake form.
What your browser sends. The pages you visit, the site that sent you, your device and browser type, and a rough location from your IP address, collected by Google Analytics. The Meta Pixel records visits so we can measure our ads and show them to people who have been here.
What we never collect here. Payment details. Purchases happen on Skool, on vendors’ sites and on booking pages, under their own privacy policies.

2. How we use it

To send what you asked for: the guide, the emails and, if you opted in, the texts.
To answer coaching and consult inquiries.
To see which pages help people, and fix the ones that don’t.
To measure our ads and show them to people who have visited the site.

3. Who helps us run things

These service providers handle data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us: Netlify (website hosting), Kit (email and sign-up forms), our text-message provider, Google Analytics (site statistics), Meta (ad measurement) and Skool (the community, if you join).

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Text messages

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are shared only with the provider that delivers our texts. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. The program’s full terms are on the SMS terms page.

5. Affiliate and vendor links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, the vendor may set a cookie so the sale is credited to us. What happens on their site is covered by their privacy policy.

6. Cookies

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.

7. Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email cdwtraining1@gmail.com.

8. How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep your email address and phone number until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and intake answers for as long as we may coach you. We use reputable providers and limit who can access your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

9. Children

This site is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions: cdwtraining1@gmail.com.
