Why this panel

Recovery means your own hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis restarting — not just a testosterone number looking acceptable. Those are different things, and only one of them is measured by a testosterone test.

💡 What most people missLH and FSH are the recovery markers, not testosterone. Testosterone alone can't tell you whether your axis restarted or you're simply measuring residual exogenous compound still clearing. If LH and FSH are still suppressed, you have not recovered regardless of what total testosterone says. The timing trap: long-estered compounds take months to clear, so drawing too early gives a falsely reassuring result. And if fertility matters, know that sperm production recovers on a separate, slower timeline than testosterone — a semen analysis is the only thing that answers that question, and some men don't fully recover.
⏰ When to get it drawnWait an appropriate washout based on ester half-life — for long esters that can mean months, not weeks. Morning, 7–10am, fasted.
