Multivitamin Elite

A premium AM/PM multivitamin split to support daytime energy and nighttime recovery, in bioactive forms and NSF Certified for Sport.

How Multivitamin Elite actually works

An AM/PM split athlete formulation. The split exists for real reasons rather than as a marketing device: minerals compete for absorption, so separating iron, zinc, calcium and magnesium across two doses improves uptake of each; and the B vitamins and other activating nutrients suit the morning while magnesium and the calming cofactors suit the evening. Doses run above RDA to reflect higher turnover and sweat losses in heavy training.

How to read these tiers

These tiers tell you how much human evidence exists — not how well something works. This is the research space, and most of what’s in here is new rather than disproven. Something sitting at “theoretical” usually means nobody has funded the trial, not that the trial was run and failed.

The trap runs the other way too: something can be clinically validated and still do very little for you specifically. A statistically significant result in a study population is not a promise about your body.

✗ is a safety flag, not a grade. Where you see it, the concern is harm — not a disappointing trial. A compound tested for one purpose and found not to help there can still be worth studying somewhere else, so a negative result never gets rendered as a cross. It sits alongside the tier, because something can be both well-studied and genuinely risky.

My job is to tell you which one you’re looking at, and let you make the call. Grading something low isn’t me dismissing it — it’s me refusing to oversell it. This is the research space, and being able to reason forward from a mechanism matters as much as waiting for the trial.

Coach Cam’s take

The dose escalation is defensible for someone genuinely training hard — sweat losses of zinc and magnesium are real, and requirements do rise. It is not defensible as a general upgrade for someone who isn't. Two doses a day is also an adherence problem, and a multivitamin taken half the time is worse than a simpler one taken consistently. Check it against anything else you take so you aren't stacking to a level that matters, particularly on iron and zinc.

⚠️ Good to know: Iron-free and Certified for Sport — built for tested athletes.

Bloodwork to run alongside Multivitamin Elite

Run these before you start, and again after 8–12 weeks. A baseline you didn’t take is one you can never go back for.

MarkerWhat it’s watching for
TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone)Most multis contain biotin, which corrupts thyroid assays. Stop 72h before a draw
Vitamin D (25-Hydroxy)The ingredient most likely to still be low despite taking a multi
FerritinMulti iron is rarely enough to correct a real deficiency
Vitamin B12Check the form — cyanocobalamin at low dose corrects little
