Ferritin first — target above 50 ng/mL, and read it against CRP, because inflammation inflates ferritin and can hide a real deficiency behind a normal-looking number. Then the androgens: DHT matters more than testosterone for pattern loss, and if you are on finasteride or dutasteride a low DHT is the drug working rather than a problem. The nutrient markers here mostly matter when several are low together, which points at absorption rather than diet. And the honest expectation: this panel finds the reversible contributors.
