**Read this before assuming it is Cerebrolysin.** It is a closely related idea from a different manufacturer with a different evidence base, and several research vendors label it 'Cerebrolysin' because the two are cousins. The tell is the format: **Cerebrolysin is a liquid ampoule concentrate and is never sold as a lyophilised 30mg powder.** If you are buying a 30mg lyophilised vial, you are buying cerebroprotein hydrolysate. That distinction matters for dosing. Cerebrolysin is dosed in millilitres of a standardised concentrate; CPH is dosed in milligrams of powder. Carrying a Cerebrolysin protocol across to a CPH vial is not a conversion anyone can do reliably, because the peptide profiles are not the same.
